Cancellation

Purchase without risk! Within 2 weeks on receipt of the product the order can be revoked without giving reasons. The cancellation must occur in writing, by mail, fax, letter or by return of the matter within two weeks. For the term protection the dispatch on time qualifies. The customer is obliged to the return at the expenses of and danger of Inoled GmbH after sending the cancellation. The bill of sale is dissolved after the return of the product and we will pay back executed payments by transfer or sending of a crossed check. If the sent back product shows marks of usage (as for example scratches), we will claim for a monetory substitute according to Civil Code §357 paragraph 3 sentence 1. Cancellation is not possible on consumption material (in particular used batteries).

Special orders

We are able to offer special assignments of our products as far as possible which are not offered in our on-line shop. We will need a written order (by mail or fax) as well as the written confirmation by us. The right to exchange goods after figure 4 is excluded.
